Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.

UK orders
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which has delivery aim 48hours. (after the dispatch)
You can also select Express Delivery during checkout.

Custom orders may take 7–10 business days -to dispatch- depending on design complexity.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to update.

💔 Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. However:

 - If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

 - For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

📬 Shipping Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

 

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping for Northern Ireland and EU.

 - For other locations please get in contact via hello@bibiesatelier.com

 - International delivery times vary by destination.

 - Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
