Pop-Ups & Markets

Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.
UK orders
we ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which has delivery aim 48hours. (after the dispatch)
You can also select Express Delivery during check-out.
Custom orders may take 7–10 business days -to dispatch- depending on design complexity.

Returns & Refund
We hope you love your Bibies Atelier pieces, but if you change your mind, that’s okay too!
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To begin the return process, please email us with the reason for return and a clear photo of the item. Once we receive your message, we’ll share the return instructions with you.
Please note:
- The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and with packaging/backing cards.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return.
