What kind of products do you make?

At Bibies Atelier, we create handmade polymer clay accessories and punch needle embroidery art. From earrings and keychains to cozy decor, everything is crafted with love and pastel magic!

Are all your items handmade?

Yes! Every product is lovingly made by hand. This means each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the photos — that’s the charm of handmade 💖

Do you accept custom or personalized orders?

Absolutely! We love making your ideas come to life. Just reach out via our Contact Page or email hello@bibiesatelier.com and tell us what you have in mind.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.
For UK orders we ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which has delivery aim 48hours. (after the dispatch)
For the international orders, we ship via Royal Mail and their delivery aim is 7 working days. (after the dispatch)

Custom orders may take 7–10 business days -to been dispatched- depending on design complexity.

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

If you need faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order to arrange a signed-for or speedier service.

Where do you ship from? Do you offer international shipping?

We ship from Maidenhead, United Kingdom 🇬🇧

We can not ship Northern Ireland and EU due to GPSR regulations, for other locations please contact us via hello@bibiesatelier.com

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you!

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped. After that, unfortunately, cancellations aren’t possible since items are handmade to order.

What is your return/refund policy?

We hope you love your Bibies Atelier pieces, but if you change your mind, that’s okay too!

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To begin the return process, please email us with the reason for return and a clear photo of the item. Once we receive your message, we’ll share the return instructions with you.

Please note:

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging/backing cards.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return.

What if my item is damaged or lost in transit?

We package everything with extra care, but if something arrives broken or is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. For damaged items, include photos — we'll find a solution together 💌

Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes! We’re happy to discuss wholesale or bulk order opportunities. If you’re a shop owner or looking to place a larger order, please reach out to us via hello@bibiesatelier.com or our contact form. We love partnering with like-minded businesses and would be excited to hear from you!

How should I care for my polymer clay products?

Be gentle 🌸 Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or high heat. Store in a dry place and clean only with a soft, damp cloth if needed.
