Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return — no questions asked. Once you notify us, you’ll have another 14 days to send the item back.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
